Hygiene Manager

Requirements:

- Min 2 years work experience in a hotel or larger operations : preferably with

experience in luxury international brands
- Good customer service, communications, interpersonal skills are a must
- Execellent in english (both verbal and written)
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practicies and occupational health and safety standards, familiar with ISO 22000:2018 will be essential
