Field Supervisor

**Description**:

- Support information to Territory Production Leader for acreage allocation for commercial & Pre-commercial seed production
- Accountability on the cultural practices to harvest as agreed acreage allocation
- Accountability on all field quality processes to ensure that we have seed quality as Local Market Specifications
- Accountability for accuracy and timing on material (parent seed, chemical, fertilizer, etc) utilize report.
- Coordination with HR for PMD and recruitment process for VC level

**Qualifications**:** Education**:
Bachelor Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture related field

**Experience**:
3 years of field supervision experience

**Knowledge, skill, and abilities**:

- English Proficiency (written and spoken)
- Computer skill (Ms. Word, excel, power point)
- Strong organizational skills
