Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
- Understand & address key customer individual needs
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer interactions data to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing the customer experience
- Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
- Create customers engagement events, in collaboration with Marketing Department

Qualification:

- Min bachelor's degree from any disciplines
- Min 2 years of work experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Customer-oriented, energetic, & communicative
- Excellent problem-solving & decision making
- Able to deliver reports & presentations in a timely manner
- Willing to work on-site

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Relation: 1 year (preferred)
