**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Process**:
- Conduct recruitment and selection process including posting job vacancy, shortlisting, and interview
- Proceed onboarding, prepare tools and documentation for new employee
**Development, Culture & Engagement**:
- Create programs for implementing company culture and to maintain team engagement
- Manage training logistics including scheduling, inform the participants, set up room and prepare the tools, and documentation
**Evaluation**:
- Inform and conduct monthly employee evaluation, input evaluation result
- Managing HR-related administration
**Skills Needed**:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR Generalist
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya
- Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill
- Good communication skill and preferably a people person
- Seek for fast growing environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resource: 1 year (preferred)
