Kol Gaming

Have full responsibility for the management and development of current partner relations and the identification and recruitment of new KOL partners. Ensure UniPin brands and initiatives are effectively understood, and represented by all partnering KOL.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage communications and build relationships with KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions
- Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms and set up a partnership program to build a powerful brand experiences.
- Reach out and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.
- Analyze & monitor KOL performance on monthly basis
- Negotiating costs & contracts with partners in order to create mutually beneficial business relationships
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns
- Developing an affiliate program strategy for selected KOL's that will increase sales while maintaining brand integrity
- Help affiliate team to promote and boost new applicants through various content creation from partnering KOL's
- Support UniPin live-commerce event by providing series of activations and suitable KOL's to boost up number of viewership

**Job Requirement**
- Language required: English & Bahasa
- Minimum 1 years work experience managing KOL / influencers / communities
- Good communication skills
- Able to build and maintain a good relationship with KOL
- Have a good negotiation skills
- Having attention to details
- Have experience handling KOL gaming

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
