Compliance Advisory, Monitoring & Reporting
- provide BAUs advisory for non-AML ABC matters (i.e. COI, PAD, CR, VC, product development, marketing collateral)
- provide gap analysis, advisory and monitoring upon local regulatory development & group policy & procedures update
- prepare regular submission for group compliance and local regulatory reporting
- tracking & monitoring actions item from audit issues
