This is a full-time on-site role located in Tangerang for an Engineering Supervisor. The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations and projects, managing a team of engineers, providing technical support to other departments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field

5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, as well as with relevant software and tools for engineering design and analysis

Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and safety protocols

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
