**DEPARTMENT**: Multiple positions available in Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Legal & External Affairs
**LOCATION**:Jakarta / Malang, Indonesia

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The role is responsible for supporting the Line Manager in the day-to-day operational tasks and activities of the function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects.

**Reports to**:Functional Manager
**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor
**Geographic Scope**:Local

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Provide operational support to the team
- Supporting the functional operations
- Supporting the logistics and execution of key projects
- Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- A degree holder in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing or related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- Maximum 1 year professional experience
- Effective project management, communication and influencing skills
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous project management or internship experience is an added advantage
- Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities

**BENEFICIAL**
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
