Job Overview:
The General Manager of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Java United, part of PT. UMG Idealab Indonesia. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing operational processes. The GM of Operations will ensure efficient and effective operations, drive performance improvements, and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operational team.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
