Yarn Analyst

The yarn Analyst within the Production Planning and Inventory Control department is responsible for evaluating and analyzing yarn used in the production of knitwear garments. This role ensures that all yarn meets the company's quality standards and specifications, contributing to efficient production planning and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor yarn inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs.
- Create projections related to yarn needs with production orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of yarn shipments.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory records.
- Inspect incoming yarn shipments for compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in yarn quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on yarn quality, inventory levels, and usage trends.
- Ensure that yarn quality aligns with production schedules and targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in yarn analysis or a similar role in garment/knitwear manufacturing.
- Good numerical reasoning skills
- Strong understanding of inventory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Ms. Excel
- Willing to be placed at **Badung, Bali
