**About the role**

Mortgage consultant’s role is to ensure leads are supported throughout the mortgage journey. You will be responsible in giving

**What You Will Do**
- Daily checking listings availability using our platform
- Collaborate with mortgage team to set up quality assurance test and User testing program
- Help set up microsite and update bank interest rate in pinhome tools (no need specific skills)
- Hire testers for UT testing and conduct calibration training
- Make sure test are conducted according to set standards and SOPs
- Identify industry trends and aid teams to improve the mortgage products.

**What You Will Need**
- 2 year experience in the bank or property sector. Preferably in the mortgage sales division.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate in bahasa indonesia.
- A customer-centric person, able to empathize and solve recurring problems and pain points
- A strong sense of ownership, can-do attitude, and overall positive outlook.
- Able to use Google workspace such as google sheets, google docs and google drive.
- Have a previous experience in coordinating projects would be an advantage
- Highly motivated, Good in multitasking and attention to detail
- Preferably final year student/fresh graduate
