Key responsibilities:

- Provide on-site supervision (professional briefing and training) to contractors during the initial assembling of system formwork
- Act as a liaison between the job site and Project Manager/Coordinator to monitor the correct use of equipment at the jobsite
- Troubleshoot technical problems at the jobsite and execute formwork solutions
- Attend site meetings with the clients
- Monitor the material delivery and ensure its return at site

**Qualifications**:

- Professional Requirements:_
- Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U.
- Proven jobsite experience with formwork/scaffolding assembly
- Driving license
- Good communicative competences
- Capable to work in a multicultural environment, independently and reliably
- Must have a customer service mindset
- Resilient, attention to details, strong problem solving & analytical skills and strong drive to succeed.

**Additional Information**:

- Location of the job: Indonesia
- Mobility - Travelling frequently through Indonesia
- Language - Bahasa Indonesia and English in full working proficiency
