**Management Trainee - Supply Chain**

**What will you do**
- The Supply Chain Management Trainee. In this role, you will help to bring high quality products that will touch the life of millions of consumers. You will work in cross-functional teams and have the opportunities to advance your career across different functions, different business units, and across the globe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Works closely with the sales and marketing teams to produce forecasts and models to estimate the future demand for a product or service, according to S&OP process.
- Plans and controls inventory of finished goods for sales warehouses and distribution centers to meet sales and distribution demand, as well as inventory targets.
- Supports supervisor, vendors, and staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of supply chain metrics and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance to quality, ethical, legal, and professional standards.
- Initiate process improvements within areas of responsibilities.

- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English, both speaking & writing.
- Supply Chain experience (i.e. Planning, Manufacturing) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Passionate to learn new things and solve challenging problems
- Collaboration, prioritization, communication and presentation skill
