3 years of working experience as an Organization Development (OD) Specialist.

Have a good understanding about Organization Development area, such as Manpower Planning, Succession Planning, Performance Management System, Job Profiling, etc.

Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills.

Able to use Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Microsoft Visio.

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Serpong - South Tangerang
