**Sales SGS (Smartfren Gadget Specialist)**: Sales SGS bertugas untuk melakukan penjualan/pemasaran dan edukasi produk Smartfren kepada pelanggan. Selain itu juga bertugas untuk memastikan ketersediaan produk pada setiap outlet dan produk Smartfren sebagai produk yang paling direkomendasikan.
**Sales SDS (Smartfren Direct Sales)**: Sales SDS bertugas untuk menjual produk Smartfren secara langsung kepada konsumen di lokasi potensial dan low BTS area yang belum terjangkau outlet atau gallery Smartfren.
**Sales ROD (Canvasser)**: Sales Canvasser bertugas mencari dan maintain outlet baru yang mau menjual produk Smartfren di lokasi potensial dan low BTS area yang belum terjangkau outlet atau gallery Smartfren.
