The Core Objectives:
1. Audit and Verify the work results of the sales team (Online, Phone Call, Visit)

2. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports of sales team work results

3. Become a Master Trainer and conduct training for both product and skill to the sales team

4. Become a Master Trainer and conduct training to GrabKios Agents

5. Manage all programs related to GrabKios Agents

6. Calculated Monthly Incentives for sales team

Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Data Analytics

2. Data Administration

3. Data Processing

4. Public Speaking Skill

5. Able to create Content (Plus Value)

Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Proficient in operating Google Workspace / Ms. Office

2. Have strong analytical skills and/or using Analytics Tools

3. Able to communicate well with GrabKios Colleagues or Agents

4. Have been a trainer or public speaker

5. Have a strong background in managing administration

6. Able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly

7. Willing to take on all general administrative tasks as needed

8. Able to work in the field for audit and tandem activities
