Uraian Kerja:

- Mengawasi operasional toko agar berjalan sesuai SOP.
- Memberikan pelatihan kepada tim toko sesuai SOP dan product knowledge yang ada.
- Memimpin tim toko dan memberikan arahan terkait pelayanan pelanggan.
- Menghandle complain pelanggan.
- Membuat aktivitas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
- Membuat laporan analisa penjualan.

Kualifikasi:

- Usia maksimal 32 Tahun.
- Pendidikan mínimal D3/ Sederajat.
- Pengalaman sebagai Store Supervisor mínimal 1 Tahun.
- Menguasai Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Mampu membuat report dan analisa penjualan.
- Komunikatif, jujur, teliti, dan memiliki kemampuan memimpin tim.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.
- Berpenampilan menarik.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Klungkung

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Denpasar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Store Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
