- Minimum 5 years experienced in relevant fields, with at least 2+ years leadership exposure. Experience working in an B2B, Reseller
- Preferably in a beauty / fashion / skin care
- Experienced in driving sales through partnership with reseller and distribution channel / consignment / general trade
- Have experience in manage distribution to modern retail channel (Modern Trade) and General Trade
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Willing to work in South Jakarta
