As a Geothermal Advisor - RTS, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and executing geothermal related subsurface project work for Reservoir Technical Services (RTS)
- Provide solution concepts, participate in feasibility studies and evaluation projects towards their next phase of implementation
- Communicate with customers and Region operations for customizing solutions, enhance opportunities, and participate in evaluation projects in the Geothermal domain
- Together with the global team, follow up the Baker Hughes geothermal technology progress and assist to roll-out and improve competency in geothermal in the APAC region
- Have awareness of industry trends and alternative or competing technologies within the geothermal domain
- Managing complex projects. Present data, interpretations, and reports to clients.
- Assisting with internal and external training and mentoring.
- Collaborating with other technical professionals in multi-disciplinary projects.
- Providing technical support to regional product lines
- Maintaining frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts
- Provide technical input to business development activities
- Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Master’s degree Earth Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with 10+ years industry experiences and >3 years in geothermal
- Have participated in a range of Geothermal projects
- Experiences in geochemistry domain in geothermal will be advantaged
- Have demonstrated abilities to analyse challenges
- Demonstrate robust and reliable project management skills and business development mindset
- Have proven ability to work in integrated subsurface teams. Have good interpersonal and leadership skills. Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Valid to work in Indonesia, Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Bahasa, able to travel at short notice.
