**Job Qualification**:

- Minimum Bachelor of any Engineer major from reputable University
- Minimum 3 years experienced in PDCA and improvement activity
- Experienced in Retail/Manufacture Company is a plus point
- Understand about Basic Improvement (QCC & Suggestion System)
- Excellent in communication and working collaboratively

**Job Desk**:

- Conduct, Monitoring, & Evaluation of monthly PDCA Activity in Division and Department level
- Conduct Monthly Management Review
- Provide Monthly PDCA Report of Corporate level (report to Holding)
- Provide Material for Quarterly review
- Support Improvement Activity in each department (QCC & SS)
