Ruko cafe is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.

We are looking for a head Barista to lead our specialty coffee program.
- Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong focus on specialty coffee
- Passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to calibrate coffees across multiple brew types and grinders

Monthly salary from 3,500,000 service 2-2,5 monthly

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)

**Location**:

- Badung (required)
