Qualification
- Min. Bachelors degree in STEM / business
- Must have solid data analytics skills and knowledge: SQL, Microsoft Excel
- Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player
- Strong intrapersonal and communication skills to manage different stakeholders from shop-floor to top execs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and being able to exercise judgement / opinion in situations where not all information is available / new situations with no precedence
- Ability to understand general business management and financial concepts and can identify key components in strategic and business plans
- Fluency (verbal and written) in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience:

- Open for entry level. Internship experience in similar competency (data analytics) is a plus

Job description
- Oversee daily end-to-end delivery & logistics performance monitoring across all logistics segments against KPI and set metrics. Analyse any performances that are below the target.
- Facilitates leaderships meetings, prepare reports and analysis for management review.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.
- Maintain dashboards and data quality.
- Manage new dashboards requirement, follow up with stakeholders before handing over new dashboards.

**Salary**: From Rp7,000,000 per month
