Role Description
This is a contract IT Business Analyst role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, processes, and information technology systems. Day-to-day tasks include identifying areas for improvement, creating business analysis documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with hands-on experience in HRIS or SAP projects
Experience in defining Business Requirements and Business Processes
Analytical Skills and Business Analysis proficiency
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willing to work in Banking Industry
