**Responsibilities**:

- Assist technical complaints (Level 2), inquiries & provide solutions to users (Automotive Related)
- Be the frontliner for Otoklix in representing the customer voice and ensure feedback loop back into Internal Stakeholders.
- Create and socialize Technical Guidelines for internal teams on general automotive knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma all Major with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (Mechanical engineering is preferred / Mechanical engineering education)
- Preferably max 30 years old
- English (Passive)
- Have persuasive skill
- Good in Management & Quantitative analysis
- Experienced work min 3 year in Official Workshop with Work Experience Certificate
- Have Good Skill in Ms. Office
- Advanced knowledge and skill set in Material and Technical Passenger Car Service
