We are looking for an individual to support and expand a network of excellent client relationships delivering Climate Change and Corporate Sustainability services in the industry sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in innovative and exciting projects that ERM is currently working on.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Support the Growth of ERM Indonesia's services in Low Carbon Economy Transition, Climate Change, Corporate Sustainability, and Social Performance.
- Deliver consulting services for clients coming from various sectors in Indonesia and across Asia Pacific.
- Areas of project focus will, among others, include sustainability strategy development, ESG reporting, climate action, greenhouse gas inventories and carbon foot printing, sustainability target and goals setting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support ERM Partners and Project Managers to manage key accounts, develop and maintain client relationships, and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with little oversight.
- Think critically and strategically, helping to influence decision-makers and outcomes for our clients in terms of sustainability strategy and disclosure, as well as climate change.
- Assist in general business development research, marketing, and other development tasks.
- Fulfil internal management responsibilities of ERM including: planning and budgeting, training and professional development, and interfacing with other practice areas and project teams within ERM in Indonesia and other country offices.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Environmental or Social Science, Sustainability, Climate Change or a related field; overseas graduate is welcome
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in sustainability, climate change and social performance preferably in a consulting role;
- A self-starter with demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively within multiple levels of consulting staff and client personnel
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage assigned multiple tasks with supervision and tight projects timeline;
- Basic client management skills for mature client interaction
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills with high level proficiency of MS Office Suite including Power Point, Word, and Excel.
- Experience working in multi-market and multicultural environments and supporting multiple projects;
- A willingness to travel within Indonesia/South East Asia is essential for short terms assignments; and
- Superb communication skills both in written and verbal communication, in English and in Indonesian language
