**About work**仕事内容について**:
Responsible for analyzing and identifying a resolution for the production defects, consistently meeting the defined SLA.
Responsible for creating queries and scheduling a datafix for the database administrator to execute
Responsible for coding temporary fix programs for bulk datafixes
Responsible for making code changes, getting necessary code review sign-offs, QA and UAT sign-offs and scheduling the promotion.
Responsible for preparing artifacts as defined by the client based on the resolution type.
