**- **Masters or higher degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field
- With relevant trainings in the field of expertise
- At least **15 years of TOTAL** experience, **10 yrs of which **must be related/relevant to the analysis of the behavior of rock, soil and other geotechnical materials **in relation to construction and infrastructure projects.**
