The GLF web analyst works on the GLF digital and web teams, and is responsible for thoroughly analyzing the GLF web platforms design, tracking our marketing campaigns, generating insightful analytics to help better understand our users, and reporting back with easy-to-understand data visualizations and clear solutions.
**Key responsibilities**:
Plan, develop and manage web and mobile campaign and channel tracking.
Communicate with the communications department about analysis from campaigns.
Produce and explain monthly reports with data visualization for the Management team.
Monitor performance trends with channel managers.
Determine most important KPIs to track
Analyze the customer experience and behavior with the marketing team
Communicating insights and providing solutions that have demonstrable results.
Work with the digital team to establish best practices for testing software.
Staying up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and design.
Competitive analysis/ monitoring
Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
5 year of experience in web analysis, online commerce, or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of web analytics
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
Strong quantitative analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
