As a **Personal Assistant,** you will be responsible for managing the schedule and tasks of a key individual, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities while all logístical and administrative needs are handled efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field; additional certifications in administration or management are a plus.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools.
- Exhibit excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements of the executive or individual.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and activities, ensuring smooth execution.
