**JOB TITLE (M/F) - Solution Scientist Lead**

The role of the Solution Scientist lead reports directly to the SLS Head and as member of the SLS Commercial team, you will help define and execute the marketing and specialist sales strategies in Indonesia, provide clear focus and prioritization, develop your team, and drive teamwork and collaboration across the commercial organization and its franchise business partners.

**Your role**:

- Set priorities, develop strategy, define SLS commercial business goals,
- Establish sales targets and business objectives for the team with consideration given to ID Commercial business goals, New product introduction targets and in alignment with overall SLS Strategy.
- Reach or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Drive profitable growth, while managing top-line expectations and price realization
- Lead the development of regular, accurate sales forecasts and the adoption of digital tools to enhance sales efficiency
- Foster an environment of high impact culture
- Lead and develop sales specialist leaders; Coach and provide regular feedback
- Foster a culture of learning
- Ensure that Marketing and Field Marketing programs within the region are aligned to and support sales strategy and business goals
- Drive collaboration among commercial organization to ensure alignment with segment teams and regional/marketing.
- Engage and build relationship with relevant KOLs, business association and working group to raise our technical reputation and develop business presence in the country.
- Present at and attend relevant conferences, exhibitions and scientific meetings in line with strategy
- Build a collaboration execution to achieve the goals with Account Managers, CE, Sales enablement, SCM by develop co-strategies to achieve defined targets
- Act as liaison on specific projects between various internal functions
- Analyze market trends and identify the solution we could offer to customers to meet their needs.

**Requirements:
- Highly motivated by a sales, customer and results focused.
- Excellent selling skills in a competitive environment.
- Excellent time management and self-organization skills
- 2 to 3 years of sales management experience in multinational environment and Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales
- Business knowledge of the Life Science industry, including customers, competitors, way of operating, cultural awareness
- Scientific Degree (min. BSc; MSc preferred).
- Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with senior management and translate strategic plans into integrated sales and marketing programs
- Experience and confidence on managing by influence within matrix organisation
- Confidence on managing within a changing environment implementing and driving it
- Excellent execution and proven track record of delivering results & meeting commitments
- Understanding of the basic financial concepts (i.e. budgeting) and proven ability to manage an expense budget
- Ability to manage conflict and manage critical situations
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in English
