**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other spaces as assigned.
- **Male preferred**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Dispose of trash and recycling regularly.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of furniture for events or meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Attention to detail and good physical stamina.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required.
