- Junior Agronomyst provides agronomy advices and facilitate expert calls with country level Agronomy Manager and develop content for agronomy training. He/She is also responsible to gather insights from the field and share the learning to country level agronomy team to be implemented company wide.**Overall**
- Develop Agronomy training content and training modules for Jiva Lead and MCs.
- Liaise with training executives to support them in conducting training programs for area managers and Jiva leads
- Work with the Area manager and the customer service team to capture agronomy related learnings and send feedback to central team
- Conduct field visits to specific villages based on the direction of Operations team and customer service team
- Participate in monthly agronomy meeting to share learnings with country and global agronomy team

requirements- 2-3 years of experience in Agronomy
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and local language
- Basic mastery of English
- Diploma or S1 in Agronomy or Agricultural Technology and Management
