**Job Descriptions**:

- Overseeing nursery & landscape quality system including carrying out inspections, analysis, development, improvement (corrective action), socialization to ensure quality standards for the development and maintenance of plants and gardens.
- Analyze, identify and evaluate complaints to gain a better understanding of areas for improvement in the plant development and care quality system.
- Propose new methods, improvements, innovations aimed at minimizing complaints and improving the quality of plant development and care.
- Documenting results of monitoring development and maintenance quality of plants and gardens for data inventory.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Landscape.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in nursery or infrastructure township or as Landscape Architect.
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscape & botanical.
- Familiarity with a wide range of plant species, including their characteristics and cultivation needs.
- Computer literate, Proficiency in landscape design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Wiling to be placed in BSD City.
