Displays good teamwork, attitude towards his colleagues
- Train and works all the staff to increase total departmental competency
- Ensure that the whole restaurant is always kept clean, organized and presentable at all times
- Ensures that the reputation and image of the restaurant is retained and improved all times
- Maintains an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guests and the staff
- Create and maintains staff's working schedule
- Responsible for operational service during the shift

**Requirements**:

- Max 30 years old
- Have experience as Captain in FnB industry minimum 2 years will be a plus
- Have a good understanding and managerial skill for equipments/products required for store
- Able to lead the team and good problem solving
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Familiarity with electronic device, using Microsoft office, etc

Upah: Rp4.500.000 - Rp6.000.000 per bulan
