**Responsibilies**:

- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide patient counseling and collaborate on medication therapy.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor drug therapies for interactions and contraindications.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary patient care rounds.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and conduct regular audits.
- Provide training to pharmacy staff and stay updated on industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D.
- Min experience 1 year
- Active state pharmacy license.
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
