Job Description:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll documentation.
- Process financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile accounting records and support budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Assist in employee performance appraisals and coordinate training and development programs.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and documentation for HR and accounting activities.
- Support management in internal and external communications, including coordinating with external auditors or consultants.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc support as required.
- Track and manage daily job activities/orders and compile for month end summary.
- Schedule payments for adhoc drivers after job order completion.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (active communication is a must).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR software and accounting systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and basic accounting principles.
- Previous experience in the transportation and logistics industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
