Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

Responsible for the conceptualization, planning, execution and delivery of high-quality, on-brand video and photo assets.

Manages and supports both internal and external video and photo needs - from concept through post-production - ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and with a high level of quality.

Collaborates with internal and external clients on a daily basis, demonstrating industry best practices across all pre
- and post-production activities, including proactive and frequent communications throughout all project phases.

Manage all digital and physical media assets (video and photo) including: organization, tagging, distributing, archiving and storage (including all applicable sites).

Properly secure and maintain all production equipment.
Bachelor’s degree in broadcasting/film, video production, communications or a related area.

Significant experience/expertise in Final Cut Pro X, Avid, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (and/or other professional editing software.)

Ability to work with a variety of video, camera and audio equipment.

Expertise in, and demonstrated experience producing professional grade photographs (including retouching, colour correcting, etc.)

Knowledge of different video formats and video file conversions, and the ability to convert video files in multiple formats.

Expert in video color correction, photo retouching, and sound mixing.

Highly collaborative and organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in intense, deadline-driven situations.

Strong understanding of IP rights and copyrights with experience negotiating bids with stock images, music, and voiceover talent houses.
