Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create proposals and demos.
- Deliver presentations and answer technical questions from clients.
- Assist in responding to RFPs/RFQs with technical inputs.
- Stay updated on IT trends and recommend innovative solutions.
- ⁠Create and maintain technical documentation for proposed solutions.

**Requirements**:
Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in IT presales, solution design, or a related role.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), networking, and security.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and software development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical details into business language.

Other Requirements:

- Team player with problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects under tight deadlines.

**Experience**:

- IT Industry: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
