**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize and execute marketing campaign programs that drive acquisition and lead generation across social media, events and digital campaigns.
- Prepare compelling marketing collateral that adheres to brand and campaign guidelines with creative team.
- Plan and execute digital activation campaign in social media by working closely with social media team.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing team to optimize content ads, landing pages and target segmentation.
- Create post campaign analysis and evaluation to determine campaign effectiveness and future improvements.
- Drive high-impact projects, in a fast-paced environment in big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Agency, Branding.
- Past experience in doing projects/campaigns which involves working together alongside various different team members across business verticals.
- Prior experience in dealing and working with digital agencies.
- Ability to translate goals and objective into strategies, plans and tactics with dynamic and fast pace working environment.
- Strong business judgment and acute marketing sense with a successful track record.
- Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills.
- Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn.
