**About the Role**
This role is full of variety - here are a few things you could be working on:
**Image Annotation**:
- Accurately annotate images of phytoplankton and categories as specified by the project guidelines.
- Use annotation tools and software to label images with high precision and consistency.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Review and validate annotations to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Perform regular checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in annotated data.
**Data Management**:
- Organize and maintain annotated datasets, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues and provide feedback on the annotation process.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with data scientists, lab analysts, and other stakeholders to understand annotation requirements.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on project changes and annotation best practices.
**Compliance**:
- Adhere to project protocols, confidentiality agreements, and data protection regulations.
**About you**
- Diploma, fresh graduates, or equivalent; higher education in a relevant field (e.g., biology, computer science) is a plus.
- Previous experience in image annotation or data labeling is preferred.
- Familiarity with phytoplankton or related fields (e.g., marine biology, environmental science) is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of phytoplankton morphology and classification is a plus.
- Own a laptop for image annotation.
- Ability to handle and organize large datasets effectively.
- Availability to work 8 hours per day (Monday - Friday) and min of 3 days working from the office.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
You must be living in Indonesia.
