Job Requirement:

- **Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Supervisor / Lead (preferably from Outsourcing / Head Hunter Industry)**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Management or any related major.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in **Palembang**

**Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO)**

**Pay : Rp7,500,000 - Rp8,500,000 per month
