Provide technical support and maintain products on the customers site
- Work in teams to provide the best technical support for customer experience
- Monitor the system performance
- Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred in a production system
- Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support based on night or day shift work
- Write technical documents and reports for customers
- Communicate knowledge and solutions to customers
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Informatics
- Computer engineering, or other software development-related major
- Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Basic Java Programming, Python, Docker
- Had experiences with Unix/Linux platform and shell scripting (sh, bash, Korn, and Perl are preferred)
- Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred)
- Strong communication skills, good time management, and stress management
