Memastikan kantor pusat dan cabang memenuhi standard operasional IT harian
- Konfigurasi dan troubleshooting semua perangkat jaringan (router, switch, firewall, cctv dan server)
- Melakukan otomasi backup (data, files, database dan sistem operasi)
- Memastikan keamanan data dan jaringan
- Memberikan support helpdesk kepada rekan kerja
- Membuat capacity planning
- Berkoordinasi dengan dengan vendor terkait kebutuhan IT
- Berkoordinasi dengan lembaga pemerintahan
- Mengerjakan tugas lainnya yang diberikan oleh atasan maupun perusahaan
- Bersedia hadir (standby) pada saat hari keagamaan atau hari besar lainnya
- Lulusan mínimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika/ Teknik Komputer/ Sistem Informasi
- Pengalaman dalam routing dan switching (Cisco/ Mikrotik/ Fortinet)
- Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun atau freshgraduates (dipersilahkan)
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan manajemen serta keterampilan interpersonal
- Proaktif, penuh inisiatif dan mampu bekerja secara efisien
- Administrasi server web (Apache/ Nginx)
- Pengetahuan administrasi linux tingkat lanjut (CentOS/ RedHat/ Ubuntu)
