Experienced Cook

Ruko Cafe Berawa is looking for an energetic experienced cook to join our team.

**Responsibilities.**
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast/ brunch items including eggs/ sandwiches/ wraps burgers etc
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station, including proper storage of food items, cleaning of equipment, and sanitization of work surfaces.
- Manage & coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during breakfast hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and manage regarding ordering and replenishment needs.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, following proper procedures for handling and storing food products.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new breakfast menu items and specials, considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
- **Australian and western cuisine experience is a preferred**:

- Proven experience working as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cook: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
