**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring products meet market needs and company standards.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product enhancement or development.

3. Develop and execute product strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans.

4. Collaborate with, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing management.

5. Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and market feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

6. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources related to product development and marketing activities.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Sales or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

2. Preferable a Chinese Indonesia, able to speak Mandarin is a plus point

3. 3 or above years of experience in F&B product management, preferably in Kids Industry.

4. Proven track record in product development, strategic planning, and launching successful F&B products.

5. Strong analytical skills, market research expertise, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

6. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive projects to successful completion.

8. Work Placement : Full time - PIK2, Jakarta Utara

Pay: Rp8,500,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
