**- Handle the administrative of entrepreneurship (HRIS)
- Handle recruitment process (permanent & outsourcing) starting from the sourcing process to on boarding employees.
- Handle mutations, promotions, employee training.
- Collaborate with vendor2 for recruitment purposes such as headhunts, MCU, and others.
- Handle Termination & Exit interviews of employees Handle Termination & Exit interviews of employees
- Review & develop organizational structures, job-desc, and conduct administration of employee performance appraisals
- Perform GA services (taking care of operational vehicles, transport-accommodation of official trips, procurement of stationaries, cleanliness, security, permits, work facilities)

**Job Requirements**:

- Education Min. S1 All Majors
- Age : 28 - 35 years old
- Min. 4 Years Experience
- Experienced on Recruitment & on boarding, People development, Organization Development, Admin personnel
- Have experience in cooperation with outsourced, headhunt, vendor2, GA Services
- Preferably those who have experience as Technical Recruiters (familiar with positions and jargon in the field of technology: product owner, UI / UX designer, data engineer, app support, quality assurance, back-end developer, etc.)
