The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

1. Manage the operations of TikTok SEA Mall; enrich merchant & merchandise diversity by continuously optimizing their composition; take responsibility for the overall merchandise performance;
2. Formulate merchandise strategy to facilitate a healthy growth of categories by coordinating with category, campaign, governance and other teams;
3. Analyze merchandise performance through local user insights, data analysis and merchandise insights in order to onboard advantageous brands and products, leading to a deeper pool of category merchants and merchandise;
4. Formulate operation plans for the mall channel to build user awareness on TikTok Mall.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years experience in the ecommerce industry, familiar with category and merchant operations. Able to provide insights into and analyze industry trends, with a holistic view on the tiering and positioning of merchants and merchandise;
2. Able to analyze and mine data, with a keen commercial sense;
3. Able to manage and push forward projects well; good at integrating resources and coordination;
4. Open-minded, a fast learner, willing to take on challenges;
5. Proficient in English communication skills. Willing to take overseas assignments.
