**The Position: We’re looking for a Travel Planner**

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Travel Planner to join our team.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the travel industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop personalized travel itineraries that cater to the client’s preferences, interests, and budget. Ensure all aspects of the trip are well-coordinated, from flights to accommodations to local experiences.
- Handle all travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Ensure reservations are accurate and align with the client’s schedule.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information on destinations, including local attractions, dining options, cultural norms, and travel advisories.
- Work with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other vendors to secure the best rates and services. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key travel partners.
- Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Provide real-time support to clients during travel, addressing any issues such as flight cancellations, booking errors, or emergency situations. Arrange alternative plans as needed.
- Track travel expenses, provide cost estimates, and ensure travel arrangements stay within the client’s budget. Offer advice on cost-effective travel options without compromising on quality.
- Gather feedback from clients' post-travel to assess their satisfaction and make improvements for future trips.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience in travel planning, ideally within a luxury or corporate environment.
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, logistics, and industry trends.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and travel planning software.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Availability to accommodate urgent travel needs and work outside of standard business hours as required.
- Able to speak in Mandarin.
