Role Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

- Meeting end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the computers managed within established budgets and operational guidelines.
- Acquiring, installing, and upgrading computer components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problems.
- Automating routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement.
- Liaise with vendors on IT hardware and software purchases and maintenance.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- A degree in the related job field.
- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
