QUALIFICATIONS:
- Having Experience as a librarian in various institutions, especially at school
- Holding a librarian certificate is more preferred
- Have teaching experience will be an advantage
- Cambridge Curriculum, Singaporean Curriculum, or IB Curriculum experiences will be an advantage.
- Proven self-initiative, creative, and teamwork spirit with an open-minded character
- Possess strong religious characters
- Have excellent communication in English, both oral and written
- Proficient in MS. Office and internet
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide advice on strategies for providing learning resources and managing their implementation
- Manage LRC Unit effectively, provide responsive and friendly services
- Develop learning resources, in collaboration with academic staff (Principal, Vice Principal and Program Coordinator, to meet all needs and requirements of all programs offered in school curriculum
- Manage library management system
- Manage collaborative planning and teaching to support overall school curriculum
- Manage teacher librarians and work in teams to keep them on track and retain them in delivering information literacy content and other required teaching content
- Manage LRC contents in all media covered
- Become the main source for electronic/digital and physical collections. Prepare book packages for students and other teaching resources, as well as liaise with publishers and distributors
- Use and maintain an effective catalog, classification, and circulation system to support the provision of the best service to users
- Develop and manage an information skills program to ensure that staff and students can effectively access the information needed for teaching and learning
- Organize and develop the provision of online self-study materials in collaboration with the school
- Prepare and manage the LRC budget and ensure effective provision within the budget, and provide financial reports to the Academic Director
- Develop operational and procedural manuals related to services, review and update them in line with policy changes
- Work with the program team to manage the learning resource elements in internal and external validation processes, such as Cambridge or Government inspections.
- Collaborate with learning resource center managers or other librarian heads at local, regional, or national levels.
- Follow the development of cooperation in librarian associations or libraries such as APISI as the National Library Association and other national and international library associations to promote this to students and staff.
- Responsible for ordering, compiling, and distributing student book packages. Write and update reports and data to the Academic Director and/or directors as needed.
- Act as a Library Management System Administrator (both software and hardware); work collaboratively with IT.

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
